Roly Guacamole is the latest contender in Red Deer, Alberta’s growing food truck scene. The brand combines the approachability of the loveable avocado and the ruggedness of an iron, taco-selling rig. Bringing to life the idea of “guac on wheels,” the avocado wheel icon was designed by quite literally rolling avocados around in a wheel. Out of the icon, the avo-track pattern was developed to help the brand leave its mark wherever it rolls.
